  The food is great,but it's grimy and the people are all black tooth, run down, feels like you going to get robbed or shouted at by the street person who just walked in

  Went in on a Tuesday night ordered two zingers and two fries .
  Waited ten mins for food got food , went out to the car fries cold and burghers cold .
  Went back in to complain got told I was wrong asked for a exchange and had to threaten to call there head office after 20 mins got hot food.
  Terrible service and greasy food.
  
  Not going back to any KFC because of my experience in this one.

  Recently got takeaway, got home in 5 minutes and the food was stone cold.
  Thought I'd visit again and eat in this time so if it was cold again I could exchange my meal. I ordered a zinger tower meal and a normal zinger meal. Only gave us zinger burgers, went up to complain and they tried to argue with me even though it was clearly written on the receipt!
  Staff are rude.
  Customer service skills are incredibly poor. Next to no management.
  Truly shocking!
