  Placed our order and was informed it would be 45 minutes, we then had to ring up again to find out where our food was we were told after some confusion it was on its way this was 1 Hour and twenty minutes later.my view on this i cant write but i will say my food was cold,I spoke with the gentleman whom delivered our cold food to be told they take on to many orders but if the the food is cold ring them and they will do something for us next time at that i said there wouldnt be a next time.. the young man apologised for the company he works for and said he just delivers the food,I actually feel sorry for this guy he works his butt off to have to grovel to the customer to try and put this right. Newhaven curry house grow a pair and be honest with your customers if you cant do 45 minutes tell them, how would you like to go into a restaurant and be served cold food and still have to pay for it as we have just done so. My rate for your business is -5 but as i cant give that you get one star, Thanks for the guts ache

  Food ok we have had better from there. Delivery was half an hour late, luckily the food was still hot enough but the rice was really sticky, like it had been sitting around. When I called to ask were our order was they didn't seem to recognise the order at first, perhaps it was still in the kitchen because two minutes later it turned up.
